Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item by mail for a full refund or a replacement. The replacement item will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability.
Error-Related Refunds
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping costs.
Oversize Items
Some heavy or large items pages may be returned by freight shipping. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping. To return an item by freight, please contact customer service. They will also be able to inform you of any return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel your order after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page. You can exit an order before placing it by clicking "Go to the Home Page without completing your order. Leaving our website before completing your order will also cancel the transaction.If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy. For most items, you will have the option of returning the items directly to us by mail. Instructions on how to return items will arrive with your order.
